Understanding the world through film...

This unique film festival features films that address issues of global concern. ReelPolitik showcases outstanding political films - both contemporary and historical - from a variety of genres, including features, documentaries, animation and experimental works that deserve wide circulation.

Screenings are accompanied by in-depth introductions and panel discussions with scholars from the University of Toronto and elsewhere. ReelPolitik promotes public education on global issues.

Note: On Saturday February 9 at 1pm, "Enlightened by Fire" (Iluminado por Fuego), Argentina 2005, a screening and panel discussion: "The Malvinas/Falklands War: An Enlightened Story," featuring JORGE GINIENIEWICZ and LUCIANA VÁZQUEZ
